[CALL FOR PROJECT PROPOSALS] VCIL COLLABORATIVE INITIATIVE FUND

1. INTRODUCTION
The Vcil Members Collaborative Micro-grant is an annual, unrestricted fund for members of the Vcil Community (Membership) aimed at promoting connections, collaboration, and resource sharing among its members.
From now until December 1, 2025, Vcil community members have the opportunity to receive an unrestricted micro-grant from 1,000,000 VND ($40) to 5,000,000 VND ($140) as a starting point for members to implement their projects and initiatives.
The Vcil Collaborative Initiative Fund aims to create a platform for the community to realize initiatives, ideas, and projects that involve the participation and collaboration of at least three Vcil community members.

2. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
All members of the Vcil community. Individuals outside the community can apply for Vcil Community Membership to submit a project proposal.
3. HOW CAN NON-MEMBERS SUBMIT A PROJECT PROPOSAL?
Step 1: Register to join the Vcil Community (See registration instructions in Section 4, Vcil Community Handbook).
Step 2: Find teammates within the community to write the project proposal.
Step 3: Submit the project via the registration form for members.
4. WHAT KINDS OF PROJECT PROPOSALS ARE ELIGIBLE?
There are no limits on ideas, formats, or methods. Here are a few suggestions from the Vcil Community:
Training workshops, skill-sharing sessions, film screenings, meetups, fairs, etc.
Small meetings/conferences.
Writing books, making films, composing music, etc.
Community experiments/prototyping.
Research.
Community connection activities.
Building websites, applications, software, online platforms, etc.
Developing and implementing courses.
Seed funding for small startups or social projects.
REQUIREMENT: Project proposals must describe a specific product and have a clear target beneficiary.
5. KEY DATES
Now to December 1, 2025: Proposal submission + review.
Before January 5, 2026: Results announcement.
January 5, 2026 – April 30, 2026: Initiatives implementation.
Late May 2026: Project report submission.
6. PROJECT PROPOSAL SELECTION CRITERIA
While there are no limits on ideas, formats, or methods, the Vcil Community will prioritize:
Initiatives, projects, activities, and events that promote the exchange and sharing of knowledge, experience, expertise, and resources among community members.
Proposals that are meaningful to the initiators and have the potential to create an impact on the communities around them.
Proposals that promote new approaches to how we learn, work, do business, engage in philanthropy, and develop communities.
Ideas and proposals that have the potential to use minimal resources for long-term development and deeply reach many people.
Vcil Community hopes this call is an opportunity for members to better understand the community and begin to collaborate, work, connect, and share resources with each other.
